Service 01

Accounting & bookkeeping

A ledger that reconciles to the chain, closes on time, and survives an auditor who has never seen a wallet before.

Why this is hard

Most accounting systems were built for a world where a transaction has a counterparty name, a reference and a settlement date. On-chain, you get an address, a hash and a block height — and settlement can finish before your ERP registers the event. Address reuse, unlabelled internal transfers, gas fees, spam tokens and multi-chain positions turn a routine close into forensic work unless the data model is right from the start.

What we do

Inside this service.

Multi-chain reconciliation

Wallets, exchanges, custodians and DeFi protocols reconciled against internal records, with exceptions cleared rather than carried.

Subledger implementation

Selection and implementation of a crypto subledger, then running it — including the integration into your existing ERP.

Cost-basis reconstruction

Lot-level history rebuilt where it was never captured. This is usually the painful prerequisite nobody budgeted for.

Month-end close

A close calendar that actually closes, with management accounts your board and your lenders can read.

Accounting policy design

Written, defensible positions on fair value, staking rewards, airdrops, wrapped tokens and liquidity positions — before the auditor asks.

Multi-entity consolidation

Foundation, devco and operating company consolidated, including intercompany crypto transfers.
